Cory Bedford
Guitar Technician
My journey in instrument repair began over a decade ago while working as an Audio Video Technician, where I developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting and creative problem-solving. This experience sparked a deep interest in the inner workings of instruments, leading me to study repair and perform personalized work for friends, colleagues, and bands.
In 2022, I launched my professional repair services through the local music shop, Muse, until its closure in early 2025. Today, as one of the co-founders of Stringed Theory, I continue to expand our services, driven by a commitment to quality and transparency. As a musician with over 20 years of experience, I understand the deep connection a musician has with their instrument.
My goal is to ensure that every instrument I work on plays effortlessly and inspires creativity, no matter the skill level. I'm committed to providing high-quality, personalized service that keeps the music playing.
